I have recently engaged Nathan to service and clean my air conditioning unit, and the experience was outstanding. He impressed me with his professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Nathan thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit, leaving it in perfect working condition.

What stood out the most was his honesty and fair pricing. His rates were incredibly reasonable, providing excellent value for his exceptional service. It’s rare to find such a skilled and trustworthy technician.

If you’re seeking a professional who delivers expertise, affordability, and exceptional customer service, I wholeheartedly recommend Nathan.

From our initial enquiry to completion of the job, Nathan from RPG was nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. His assistance navigating available government rebates specific to our circumstances was fantastic and he was able to provide us with a number of different options when weighing up our needs and budget. We couldn’t fault Nathan and his team on their workmanship and we were very impressed with Nathan giving us a call a couple of weeks after completion to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would highly recommend RPG.

We recently got brand new split systems installed by Nathan and the team at PRG Heating and Air Conditioning and it was done perfectly. The installation and process was very smooth with a fantastic outcome of 4 new split systems in our home. We could not recommend Nathan and the team any more. Thank you so much!!

Nathan was so good to work with. I was asking for a WiFi zoned system beyond what they had delivered before, my neighbour had been advised by a few companies it wasn’t possible. Despite my extraordinary demands, Nathan promised he would look into it. Came up with an amazing solution he delivered & works like a dream. Also wasn’t just about finishing the job & walking away after payment. Checking in to make sure I’m ok. Highly recommend.
